In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "wdpak" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service accessible at wdpak.net, operated under international gaming license oversight.
• "Account Holder" or "Player" refers to any registered user who has created and maintains a wdpak account.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to deposited PKR funds held in a player's wdpak account wallet, excluding any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit funds credited to a player's account subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity verification process wdpak is required to conduct under its international gaming license obligations.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any actions defined as unacceptable in Section 8 of these Terms, including but not limited to collusion, fraud, and automated play.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to the voluntary restriction mechanism whereby a player requests temporary or permanent suspension of their wdpak account access.
• "Services" refers collectively to all sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer, and slot products available through the wdpak platform.

By accessing any part of the wdpak platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wdpak platform and, if applicable, request account closure by contacting the wdpak support team via live chat or the support email address provided on this site.

These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and wdpak with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior understandings, agreements, or representations. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials or verbal representations, these Terms shall prevail.

To register and maintain a wdpak account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. wdpak enforces a strict minimum age policy in line with international gaming license requirements. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold wdpak accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or enforced, that applies to the wdpak platform or any affiliated operator network.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of wdpak or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

Each player may hold only one active wdpak account at any time. Attempting to register multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes multi-accounting and is a prohibited breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be part of a multi-account arrangement may be suspended, and balances may be voided.

wdpak reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and eligibility at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during any periodic account review. Acceptable documentation includes a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your wdpak account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. wdpak will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

You must notify wdpak immediately via live chat or the support email if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, accessed without your authorisation, or used by any third party. Until such notification is received and acknowledged by wdpak, all activity conducted under your account credentials remains your legal and financial responsibility.

wdpak accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or grant access to your wdpak account to any other person, whether for consideration or otherwise. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

wdpak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account is being used in breach of these Terms;
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information;
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity;
• A regulatory, compliance, or law enforcement obligation requires it.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the wdpak support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method following completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be voided upon closure.

All wdpak account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wdpak supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the wdpak cashier section.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the player's wdpak wallet instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution. wdpak does not charge a platform-side deposit fee; however, your payment provider's own transaction charges remain your responsibility.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's KYC identity verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the wdpak account holder.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for compliance and fraud screening purposes prior to processing. This review period does not constitute a refusal.
• wdpak reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

Anti-Money Laundering: wdpak operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposited funds must originate from legitimate personal sources. wdpak is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required under applicable law. Using the wdpak platform to launder money is a criminal offence and will be prosecuted accordingly.

wdpak offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to the bonus in question.

The following general bonus rules apply to all wdpak promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through separate accounts will be treated as multi-accounting.
• All bonus funds are credited as Bonus Balance and must satisfy the specified wagering requirement before they can be converted to Real Money Balance eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being voided at expiry.
• Bets placed on certain game types — including but not limited to low-margin live bets, certain table game strategies, and certain jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• wdpak reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus in good faith will be given reasonable opportunity to complete applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonuses obtained through exploitation of a technical error, system vulnerability, or terms abuse will be voided without compensation.

All sports bets placed on the wdpak platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. Casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before placing real money wagers.

Sports Betting: wdpak offers pre-match and live in-play betting across cricket, PSL, basketball, and other markets. The following general rules apply:

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Accepted odds are fixed and will not change after a bet is confirmed, except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error, wdpak reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's wallet. wdpak will notify affected players where practically possible.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules displayed in the sportsbook help section.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

Casino & Live Dealer Games: All RNG-based games on wdpak use certified random number generation technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are available within the individual game information panels. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers via real-time video stream and governed by the displayed table rules.

wdpak is not responsible for bets placed in error, including incorrect stake amounts or market selections made by the player. All confirmed bets are final and cannot be reversed or cancelled except in cases of manifest error at wdpak's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wdpak platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of relevant balances, and may result in legal action.

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one wdpak account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, bet, or promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus terms, wagering requirements, or promotion structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming.
• Automated Play: Using any bot, script, automated software, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Placing bets specifically designed to exploit pricing discrepancies between wdpak and other operators in a systematic, non-recreational manner that constitutes a breach of the spirit of fair use.
• Money Laundering: Using the wdpak platform, its deposit mechanisms, or its withdrawal processes to launder funds of any origin.
• Match-Fixing Exploitation: Placing bets with prior knowledge of fixed or manipulated outcomes, or participating in or facilitating match-fixing activity in any form.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks in bad faith after placing bets or receiving services on the wdpak platform.
• Impersonation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment methods without their explicit consent.

wdpak is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. As a condition of its international gaming license, wdpak is required to maintain and actively promote a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools. These tools are available to all account holders at no cost and without requiring contact with the support team.

Available responsible gaming tools on wdpak include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a specified period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the wdpak platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately once confirmed. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a prohibited breach of these Terms.

Using the wdpak platform while subject to an active self-exclusion order constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any winnings accumulated during a self-exclusion period will be voided and the relevant balance will not be returned. This is a regulatory requirement, not a discretionary penalty.

All content on the wdpak platform — including but not limited to the wdpak brand name, logo, website design, user interface, software, databases, game content, odds data, written content, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of wdpak or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wdpak platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the wdpak platform or its content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any wdpak software;
• Use wdpak's brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks without prior written authorisation;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the wdpak platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of wdpak intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. If you believe any content on the wdpak platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact the wdpak support team with full details of your claim.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wdpak's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wdpak shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of how they arise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature;
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance periods, third-party network issues, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials;
• Decisions made by a player to place or continue placing bets while under the influence of any substance or while in emotional distress.

wdpak makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to players where practically possible. Emergency maintenance may be conducted without prior notice.

wdpak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active account holders via the email address registered on their wdpak account and/or via a prominent notice on the wdpak website, with reasonable advance notice where possible.

Continued use of the wdpak platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

wdpak may terminate these Terms and close any account at any time for cause — including breach of these Terms, regulatory requirement, or fraud investigation — or without cause upon reasonable notice to the account holder, returning any verified Real Money Balance to the player's registered withdrawal method.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which wdpak's international gaming license is issued.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the wdpak internal complaints process shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body designated under the licensing jurisdiction. Players retain the right to seek independent legal advice at any stage of a dispute.

Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory consumer rights where applicable under Pakistani law or any other mandatory applicable legal framework.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of wdpak's internal complaints process, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body under the licensing framework.
